Payment
Payment will be accepted in US dollars by Visa, Master Card,
Discover, Cashiers or Certified Checks for all purchases.
Personal or business checks will be accepted for prepaid orders,
but please allow 10 days for clearing. All checks returned for
insufficient funds will incur a $20.00 service charge. All
checks should be made out to Cary Savage-Ingram.
Sales Tax
Any appropriate sales tax will be added. Add 6% Sales Tax for SC
residents.
Price Changes
Cary Savage-Ingram Studios reserves the right to make
adjustments due to error, typographical errors in advertisements
and products discontinuation without prior warning.
Shipment
Cary Savage-Ingram Studios uses UPS Ground Service and any other
common carriers. All UPS shipments go prepaid. All UPS charges
will be added to your invoice. We attempt to minimize your
freight cost. All orders are subject to shipping and handling
charges. Selection of any other carrier must be negotiated with
us. We do not make C.O.D. shipment. UPS will not deliver to P.O.
Boxes.
Back Orders
Any items that are currently not in stock will be shipped as
soon as they become available. Credit card orders will not be
charged until the back ordered item has been shipped.
Damaged Shipments
Damaged shipments or packages which appear to be damaged should
be refused at the time of delivery. Call us at 1-864-879-7968
for all damaged or lost shipments.

selling Cary Savage-Ingram products and prints. It is accessible
to you through a personal computer, or other access device, at

otherwise, Cary Savage-Ingram may modify this Agreement at any
time. You agree and continue to agree to use the Cary
Savage-Ingram Site in a manner consistent with all applicable

DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES

and court costs, related to Customer's violation of this
Agreement, including the Terms of Site or any Content placed on
the Site by you.
4. Miscellaneous:
This Agreement shall be construed and controlled by the laws of
the State of South Carolina. Further, any dispute arising from
the terms of this agreement or a breach of this Agreement will
be governed by the laws of the State of South Carolina..
Customer agrees to personal jurisdiction by the state and
federal courts sitting in the State of South Carolina. This
Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between the parties
with respect to the subject matter contained herein and
supersedes all previous and contemporaneous agreements,
proposals and communications, written or oral between Cary
Savage-Ingram and you. Cary Savage-Ingram may amend or modify
this Agreement or impose new conditions at any time upon notice
from Cary Savage-Ingram to Customer as published through the
Site. Any use of the Site by you after such notice shall be
deemed to constitute acceptance by you of such amendments,
modifications, or new conditions.
